Most agencies are not short of software. They are short of software that talks to the other software. The visit data is typed into the EHR and again into payroll. The referral is in an email, a spreadsheet and someone's memory. We connect what you have, replace what is not working, and build what does not exist.
What we do
- Implementation. Setting up a work management system so intake, tickets, tasks and staff records live in one place, configured for how your office actually runs.
- Integration. Connecting EHR, payroll, scheduling, phones and email so nothing is typed twice and nothing is lost between systems.
- Custom tools. Internal tools and portals built for the specific thing your team does that no product covers, and maintained afterwards by the people who wrote them.
- Process and systems consulting. Looking at how the office runs, naming the manual workflow everyone has learned to live with, and replacing it with something that scales. If the honest answer is to keep what you have, we say so.
- Automation. The routine work, reports, reminders, file pulls, and notifications, done by the system instead of by a person at five o'clock on a Friday.
Buy or build
We tell you which. Some problems are a product you should buy and we will set up. Some are a connection between two products you already own. A few are a tool that has to be built. The recommendation names the risks and scopes the cost before anything is started.
How it is priced
Consulting is scoped by the day. Builds are quoted as a fixed scope. Ask and we will quote it.
Tell us what gets typed twice
