• Hosting for your website, portals and internal tools, on infrastructure we operate ourselves.
• DNS and email set up correctly and kept that way, so mail arrives, is not marked as spam, and the domain cannot be used to impersonate you.
• Backups that run on a schedule, are stored somewhere else, and are tested by restoring them, because a backup nobody has restored is a hope.
• Monitoring so we find out first. You hear from us that something was wrong and is fixed, not from a family who could not reach you.
• Hardening and access control. Who can log in to what, from where, with what second factor, and what happens to their access the day they leave.
• Updates and patching on a cadence, with a note when something changed.
• Day to day IT support for the people using it: the login that does not work, the printer that stopped, the laptop that needs setting up for the new hire.
