• Every active employee file checked against the survey requirements for your agency type: license and certification copies and their expiry dates, competency evaluations, job descriptions signed, health screening and immunization records, background checks, orientation and in-service records, performance evaluations.
• A findings list by file and by item, in plain language, with what to do about each one.
• A tracking system afterwards, so expiring items surface before they expire instead of at survey.

HIPAA is cheapest to get right while a thing is being designed. We build and configure with it in mind: who can see what, where data lives, how it is backed up, what happens when someone leaves. Where a system you already have is set up in a way that would not hold up, we say so and fix it.
