Privacy policy
Effective October 1, 2026. Short on purpose, because we collect very little.
What this covers
pulseratalent.com, our contact form, our Looking for work form, and our social media pages and posting tools. Our EDGE platform has its own policy at pulseraedge.com/privacy.
What we collect
If you use our contact form: your name, organization, email address, topic and message, plus the IP address it came from. If you use our Looking for work form: your name, the role you want, the areas you can work in, whether you hold a license or certification, when you could start, your phone number, your email address, and your resume if you choose to upload one, plus the IP address it came from. Our web server also keeps standard request logs (IP address, time, page, browser) for security and troubleshooting.
How we use it
To reply to you, to contact job seekers about roles that may fit, to keep the site secure, and nothing else. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Cookies and tracking
None for advertising or analytics. No third-party trackers.
Social media
We publish our own posts to our LinkedIn and Facebook pages through apps we run for that purpose. They post our content and read engagement on our own posts. They do not collect personal information about people who view, follow or comment. Those platforms' own policies govern what they collect.
Client work
When we work for a healthcare agency, information we handle on its behalf is governed by our contract with that agency, including a business associate agreement where one applies.
Who else sees it
Our US hosting provider and Google Workspace, which carries our email and holds our files. We do not pass a job seeker's details or resume to an agency without asking that person first. Nobody else, unless the law requires it.
Keeping it safe and deleting it
Access is limited to our team. Email info@pulseratalent.com to see, correct or delete what we hold about you.
